Experienced water supply technicians and site supervisors are required to ensure quality, compliant and efficient water system construction works under the Kiritimati Island Water Project. A Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) will be established with Preferred Service Providers (PSPs) deemed suitable to be technical leads of water system upgrades on Kiritimati Island. This RFP screening process will enable SPC to work with PSPs and tailor ToRs to best align PSP capacity to meet project needs. Multiple contracts can be drawn from each PSA over the course of the project.
