Scope of Services:
• Ensure optimum functionality and responsiveness of landing pages. Mobile responsiveness of design is a priority. The provider must ensure that all the pages open with all tabs, resources, and multimedia content functional on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Ensuring the site is online reliably 24/7, with immediate support provided for ongoing minor editing and tweak requests.
• Revise architecture where necessary to improve backend clarity, in-line with SPC’s Corporate Communications structure for consistency.
• Ensure website is properly configured with analytics, as well as linked to the external and free versions.
• Ensure the Drupal 10/11 (as applicable) security settings are up-to-date and configured at the highest possible level, including all pending security updates from the last contract.
• Update the website operating system from Drupal 10 to Drupal 11 once all modules have D11 versions and update the Composer PHP setup to ensure the site’s management system is up to date.
• Ensure that post Drupal migration updates/fixes (e.g. from D10 to D11) are accounted for.
• Ensure that the new PILNA web report is properly embedded/connected to EQAP’s website, and all the features are properly functioning.
• Provide ongoing support for minor revisions, updates, and additions over a 12-month period. This includes helping EQAP’s Communications Team with regular trainings on the maintenance of the website.
Optional Package
• This contract will also include an option package of up to 50 hours (at 100 EUR / hr.) which can be used to cover any unforeseen complex projects or additions to the EQAP website not covered in this contract. Should such a circumstance occur, EQAP will provide a full project description to the provider who will indicate the required hours before the project begins.
