The Centre has a strong focus on private sector and industry, while supporting targeted Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency programs to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of key industries with high job leverage in the Pacific (e.g. agriculture, tourism, fishery, manufacturing, creative industry). The PCREEE has worked closely with beneficiaries and actors such as rural communities, national energy industry associations, technical training institutes, national energy offices, energy regulators, power utilities, energy regulators and transport officials – to name a few.
