Consultancy Services to support in Updating Kiribati NDC Implementation Roadmap and Investment Strategy
Kiribati submitted its Enhanced NDC 2022 on 2 March 2023. The Revised NDC is well-aligned with national policies and strategies and is focused on low emission development pathways that are consistent with the Kiribati Vision for 20 years (KV20) and the Kiribati Development Plan (KDP).
The overall objective is to update the NDC Implementation Roadmap and NDC Investment Strategy to ensure that all sectors featured in the Updated NDC, as well as new targets, are incorporated. This revision of NDC Implementation Roadmap and Investment Strategy will provide a basis for alignment in relation to the Enhanced NDCs, NAP and the KDP and the KV20. Ultimately, this will allow a more pragmatic approach for pipeline projects considered by the Government of Kiribati.
