More than 20 casual labourers may be required at any one time throughout the project. SPC has a relatively small project office on Kiritimati and does not have the capacity to recruit, manage and administer casual labourers on a one-by-one basis. Hence SPC is seeking one or more Staffing Agencies to outsource these tasks to, while retaining access to a dedicated and active workforce.
