SPC’s Climate Finance Unit (CFU) within the Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability programme is the Delivery Partner for this Readiness grant and will take primary responsibility for implementation including fiduciary and financial management, procurement of goods and services, and monitoring and reporting to the GCF in compliance with SPC’s policies and procedures and the grant agreement. SPC will receive and approve all deliverables and draft reports, providing technical assistance if needed to ensure
the highest quality of documentation.
Through this consultancy the Policy Expert will support in the development of a Readiness Needs Assessment and update Vanuatu’s GCF Country Programme.
