SPC is seeking a provider for an annual employee engagement and wellbeing survey with the option of engaging a provider for both an annual staff engagement survey and to engage a vendor for regular metrics and insights including comprehensive coverage, rich insights and feedback on priority areas of staff wellbeing and engagement to inform Executive and Senior Leadership Team on how to best support employees.
SPC is also undertaking an internal transformation programme focused on better leveraging and improving efficiency and effectiveness to better serve its Pacific Island countries and territories and the selected provider will be instrumental in providing necessary insights and understanding on key engagement and wellbeing of staff in relation to this work going forward.
