Under Palau’s GCF Readiness Programme, the Policy Expert will support the development of a Readiness Needs Assessment and Palau’s GCF Country Programme. The Policy Expert Consultant will be procured for a total of 80 working days over 6 months. The Consultant will work in accordance with the Readiness programme approved by the GCF Secretariat. They will be liaising with the Palau’s NDA office, SPC’s CFU and key stakeholders in Palau (including other government ministries, NGOS, private sector, and vulnerable communities).
