The purpose of these works is to support the strengthening of emergency response infrastructure on
Savai’i Island, Samoa, through the design and development of facilities for the Emergency Operations
Centre (EOC). The objective is to deliver a functional, safe, and inclusive facility that enhances operational
readiness, supports disaster coordination efforts by the Disaster Management Office (DMO) Samoa, and
contributes to long-term community resilience under the BSRP II framework.
