Supply of materials and construction of the SFESA Fire & Rescue Training Facility on Upolu Island, Samoa
The purpose of these works is to support the capacity building of fire and rescue services in Samoa
through the construction of a purpose-built Fire & Rescue Training Facility for the Samoa Fire and Emergency Services Authority (SFESA). The objective is to deliver a safe, durable, and practical training environment that enables realistic firefighting and rescue drills, enhances the preparedness and skills of emergency personnel, and strengthens national disaster response capabilities under the BSRP II
framework.
