SPC is seeking proposals for a vendor to implement a new HR information system that meets the requirements
described in sections 1.4 and 1.5 of this RFP. The proposals should describe the vendor’s approach to rolling out
core-HR and performance management services by mid-January 2018 as well as the costs associated with the
following services:
1. Product licensing to support core HR and performance management
2. Integration of the proposed HR platform with SPC’s existing PayGlobal payroll infrastructure, and/or a
proposal for the implementation of an alternate (or outsourced) payroll solution
3. Migration of employee data from SPC’s on-prem HR platform (Employee Connect 2.6.1)
4. Configuration of the new platform to support SPC’s core HR and performance management processes
5. Rollout support to ensure minimal disruption and successful adoption of the platform
6. Training of SPC HR and technical staff that will allow them to deliver training to the rest of the
organization
7. Post-implementation support and maintenance costs
