We are looking for a contractor for the external repainting of Maternal Childcare Health (MCH) centre in Corryong. A site visit is highly recommended, to get a better understanding about the scope of work.it involves:
1. Maintenance, sanding of all timber, pressure washing and repairing plaster.
2. Repainting any surfaces that have been already painted before with the same colour code to be matched with existing, items to be repainted involve fascia's, rain gutters, eaves, weatherboards etc.
3.Renewal of pre existing timber shade and its structural elements at the front and the rear of the MCH building.
