Background: The Park is currently leased but that lease will expire on 30 September 2025. Council is in the process of undertaking a procurement program to secure a new lessee for the Park. It is anticipated that any new lease will commence on or about 1 May 2026.
Council is undertaking this RFT to appoint an experienced park manager in the interim to operate the park on Council’s behalf from 1 October 2025 to 30 April 2026. The proposed management services will commence on 15 September 2025 to enable a smooth handover to the new Contractor from the current lessee.
