Towong Shire is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to repair and upgrade the Tallangatta Swimming Pool. There are three interconnected pools at the site – main, wading and the toddler pool.
The project involves design and upgrade of the existing scum gutter of the main pool to a wet deck edge system. It would also require the installation of a commercially graded vinyl liner for all the three pools.
The two smaller pools - wading and toddler pools, would require a new design and installation of a separate filtration system (possibly an above ground filtration system).
In addition, as a provisional item, Council seeks design ideas to incorporate disabled access in the main pool.
