Towong Shire Council seeks a quotation for a company to handle the rostering of lifeguard shifts at Tallangatta and Corryong swimming pools.

Towong Shire Council operates two aquatic facilities, the Tallangatta Pool and the Corryong Pool. We are seeking the services of suitable companies to assist with this year’s upcoming swim season and would like to receive quotations for all of the following scenarios:
A. Recruitment and ongoing provision of lifeguards throughout the swim season (13 November 2021 to 6 March 2022 inclusive – Covid allowing).
B. Recruitment of lifeguards for an upfront recruitment lump sum per recruit, with employment then transferring to the Shire. Recruitment to commence prior to the swim season (13 November 2021 to 6 March 2022 inclusive – Covid allowing).
C. An opportunity for the provision of rostering services as an option for Council to consider as a separate scenario. Further details are outlined further in this document.
To ensure the smooth running of the pools, the chosen supplier will be working closely together with the following key staff:
2 x Pool Team Leaders, (one assigned to each pool)
Co-ordinator of Recreation Arts and Culture.
