The demolition of existing tennis facilities and the construction of x 3 tennis courts and x 1 multipurpose netball/tennis court including lighting to all courts and associated infrastructure, as per the attached brief/specification and plans.
NOTE: The specifications for this project state that contractor will be responsible for obtaining building permits. Building permit application will be submitted by others and an approved building permit will be furnished to the contractor. However, contractor will be responsible for completing footing design work for the light towers and certification as per the specifications and provide the certified drawings and specifications where required to support a building permit application. Please read the specifications in consideration of this statement.
