Removal of any minor quantities of loose rubbish or waste from the excavation,
Removal of existing roofing sheets and ceiling. It is the contractor’s obligation to carefully read the HAZMAT report to understand limitations.
Existing floor tiles to be removed and tile grout should be stripped-off. New designer Flake flooring to be completed to match with existing Finish floor level (FFL)
General building waste needs to be disposed of at Tallangatta Transfer station (no fee). Any hazardous materials eg asbestos cannot be disposed in Tallangatta.
Addition and Alteration to The Triangles Toilet block should be as documented. Anything not documented will form a hold point and must be discussed with Council’s project manager prior to construction.
The awarded Tenderer will be responsible for their site and must maintain a safe workspace that imposes no risk to the general public and ongoing park patrons.
The Tenderer will be expected to follow a project programme and have completion of the works prior to the peak usage of the site.
Supply of “As Built” plans for the works at the completion of construction prior to issue of the Certificate of Practical Completion by the Superintendent
