Towong Shire Council (TSC) is seeking suitably qualified contractors to tender for the provision of services required for flood damage repair works to road assets in Towong Shire (West).
In October 2022, Towong Shire experienced severe flood events resulting in extensive damage to civil infrastructure, including roads, culverts and bridges.
The events have been registered with EMV Victoria as AGRN 1037.
Towong Shire Council has applied for DRFA (Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements) funding assistance from EMV (Emergency Management Victoria) to undertake remedial works within the shire following this flood event.
