The Towong Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide design & construction for the completion of a female friendly change facility (Class 10 building) located at the Wyeeboo/Bullioh recreation reserve in accordance with drawings and specifications provided.
The works shall include Design, Earthworks, Civil works and Construction, supply and installation of all materials, labour, equipment as necessary for the due and proper completion of the Works comprising, but not limited to, the following:
 Building designs to be developed and to adhere with proposed concept designs and Netball Victoria guidelines - NV-Facilities-Manual.pdf (netball.com.au)
 Create a Building permit and submit to Towong Shire for a Class 10 building.
 Site establishment, OHS, Quality, and Environmental management,
 Adherence to auditing and construction quality assurance plans and management,
 Removal of any minor quantities of loose rubbish or waste from the excavation to appropriate disposal facility
 Construct a new female friendly facility complete with Canteen, First aid room, player change rooms, player amenities, storage, services, social room, umpire amenities, umpire change rooms, Multi purpose room, Accessible Toilet/family Change room as per Appendix XX. Total area of the building including veranda is approximately 302.4sqm.
 Work with Shire/Club’s appointed engineers/contractors for service connections to facility (Water, Sewer, Electrical and Storm water).
 The awarded Tenderer will be responsible for their site and must maintain a safe workspace that imposes no risk to the general public and ongoing park patrons.
 Supply of “As Built” plans for the works at the completion of construction prior to issue of the Certificate of Practical Completion by the Superintendent.
 Supply building certificates, O&M manuals and Warranties
 Obtain Shire Occupancy certificate if required
