Council is seeking to deliver female friendly change facilities for the Bullioh Football Netball Club at the Wyeeboo Recreation Reserve, Tallangatta Valley.
Project scope as outlined below:
- Review grant funding requirements
- Review site overlays/constraints
- Conduct Site survey (Services)
- Complete Preliminary drawings
- Complete building designs
- Onsite preliminaries/Permits
- Civil works (Building footings, Water, Sewer, Storm Water & Electricity, HVAC)
- Building works to include all fit outs in accordance with provided architectural drawings, as below:
o Player Amenities 1 & 2
o All abilities toilets
o Verandah
o First Aid room
o Player change rooms 1 & 2
o Canteen
o Storage
o Services
o Social room
o Umpire Amenities & Change Rooms 1 & 2
o Umpire Duty rooms
o Administration office (multi-purpose room)
- Complete practical completion
- Collate building certificates and O&M manuals
- Attain occupancy certificate if required
