Project Overview
Through community contributions, facilitated Council support and recent State funding the project will be delivered with an anticipated completion date of April 26, 2013. The proposed works include:
• Excavation and site preparation
• Installation of two netball courts complete with cushioned surfacing, line marking and fixed goal posts to Netball Victoria guidelines;
• Installation of four competition compliant light poles;
• Construction and installation of bench seating for players, officials and spectators
• Landscaping.
Successful contractor is to provide certification for light pole footings in accordance with BCA and Australian Standards.
A soil test has been conducted; please contact Liz Kennett at Towong Shire Council for the results.
A building permit for the player/officials shelters has been applied for and is awaiting approval by Council.
Anticipated works are scheduled to commence Monday February 4, 2013.
NOTE: All works must be completed by April 26, 2013.
