This RFT consists of the following parts:
Section 1 – Conditions of Tendering sets out the rules applying to the RFT documents and to
the Tendering Process. These rules are deemed to be accepted by all Tenderers and by all persons
having received or obtained the RFT.
Section 2 - Specification describes the Goods and Services in respect of which Towong Shire
Council invites Tenders from interested companies. This section also may include the scope,
objectives and includes detailed specifications drawings and technical documents that describe
the work.
Section 3- Tenderer’s Response specifies the information to be provided in a Tender including
templates to be completed and included in a Tender offer.
Section 4 - Appendices including but not limited to:
 Proposed Contract contains the terms and conditions both according to AS2124
Standard and Specific Conditions additional to the AS2124 standard to which
Towong Shire Council desires the Goods and Services (set out in Specification)
to be provided.
 Copy of AS21214 standard for reference purposes.
