 Demolition, saw cutting and establishing works.
 Construct and establish drainage pipes and pits including, bedding, grouting, and compacted subgrade and pavement fill over/ topsoil.
 Removal of spoil and excess sub-grade earth to extents of site, including refilling holes with approved material and compacting.
 Earthworks and formation roadworks, constructing pavement base layer, and construction of concrete kerbs, edge strips and kerb and channel
 Formation of roads, pavement, bituminous surfacing works, including prime and two coat seal and reseal works.
 Construction of concrete footpaths and bitumen footpaths, driveways, and kerb ramps, including bedding, pavement, supply, and construction.
 Supply and installation of signage and line marking to site extents.
 Supply and installation of lighting, communication pit works, reseal works, and additional footpath works.
 Supply and install drip feed irrigation system to landscape irrigation specification
 Install downpipe watering system
 Providing disability access to shops and businesses
 All other contract works as specified in the contract documents and specification/ drawings.
 Tidying of site including grading out all spoil and earthworks, rubbish removal, and demobilisation
Note: All contractors are encouraged to use recycled material where possible e.g. glass bedding, recycled concrete etc.
