Towong Shire Council (TSC) is seeking suitably qualified playground inspection/audit contractors to tender for the Towong Shire playground inspection audit works.
The Towong Shire Council owns and maintains 17 play spaces with play equipment grounds, 1 fitness station, 3 skate parks, 7 preschool/community centre play spaces and 2 caravan park playgrounds.
The age of council’s playground equipment and components (built age) ranges from circa 1980’s to 2023.
An independent playground inspection audit is required to ensure the maintenance activities undertaken by council’s parks and gardens team are safe and comply with: AS 4685-2014 and AS4422-2016 and current Standards applicable to Fitness Equipment.
