Expressions of Interest are invited for the facilitation and development of the Upper Murray 2030 Vision Plan. This project will result in a detailed, deliverable and economically viable plan for the future of the Upper Murray.
The Upper Murray 2030 Vision Plan will rely on robust and extensive community consultation to identify significant community priorities including infrastructure, economic and community priorities.
The Upper Murray 2030 Vision Plan will identify and then explore the implementation of the “game changing” projects for the Upper Murray and include detailed and specific plans for how each of the key priorities could be delivered, including costing and where appropriate, concept designs.
