The PA02 Plant & Equipmeent Hire Panel Arrangement is established under Council’s Tender Consideration Plan (the Plan) for the period 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2031. The Plan has been developed in accordance with Section 230 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), demonstrating Council’s commitment to ethical procurement, value for money and continuity of service delivery.
