Background
This tender is for the Replacement of 3 x AC Water Mains on Royd Street, east of Henderson Road to East Street in the Wandoan CBD. The works would involve replacement of the old AC Mains, capping of old AC connections and complete replacement of the Property Connections.
The works involve Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the replaced pipework in conjunction with the applicable drawings and standards.
The existing water service must be maintained during construction with minimal outages for the purpose of connection to the commissioned replacement mains.
Council is looking for cost effective solutions and welcomes input from prospective tenders in achieving this. The tender is for all the required materials and work to undertake this construction. Western Downs Regional Council intends to award all of the works to a single, capable entity who will complete the contract in accordance with below Specifications in a timely and proficient manner.

Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the following project:

Tenders must be received by 2.30pm Friday 8 November 2019. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
