Background:
Dogwood Crossing-
Dogwood Crossing is a multipurpose complex and home to the Miles library, art exhibitions, programs, and workshops. The centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays 9am to 12pm. Cleaning is to be completed before 9am, 3 times per week, each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
It is imperative that no artwork or sculptures are to be touched, moved or cleaned as part of this contract.
Within the contract period, WDRC might request an internal and external cleaning of their high windows. The contractor is to have the ability to complete the clean with the appropriate equipment and/or hold the relevant working at heights certification.
Customer Service Centre -
The Miles Customer Service Centre is open 8am to 5pm. Cleaning can be conducted from 5pm each weekday.
Leichhardt Centre -
The centre provides two (2) fully air-conditioned hire venues, the William Miles Memorial Hall and the Columboola Function Room; including the Condamine Bar and kitchen. The cleaning of this facility will only be required following functions and at the request of the Facilities Department.
Miles Aerodrome -
The Miles Aerodrome Terminal building is open 24 hours a day. Twice weekly cleaning is required. Cleaning times can be at the discretion of the cleaner each Monday and Thursday.
This contract is for the supply by the Contractor to Council of Goods, or Services, or both, as set out in schedule 2. When not referred to specifically, the Goods or Services or both, that the contract is to supply to Council, are referred to in the Contract as the 'Supply".
The sites set out in Schedule 2 are the location where the Contractor is to deliver any goods, or where it is to carry out any services that are required to be carried out at council premises.
Council recognises the importance of professional cleaning services to promote a safe and healthy space, provide high-quality cleaned facilities and amenities and to make a good impression for both locals and visitors alike.
