WDRC has resolved to call for Expressions of Interest for development proposals at Lot 7-10 on RP76401 at Myall St, Dalby (collectively the 'Property').
The property is within the Recreation and Open Space Zone and are freehold owned by the Western Downs Regional Council.
The subject area totals 2.0899ha of land that runs between Myall St and Amos St in Dalby and offers a scenic view over the Myall Creek.
Council is seeking expressions of interest to dispose the land for a 5+5 year lease opportunity.
Please note that an opportunity for lease will only be arranged for the proportion of useable area (1.535ha) and will exclude bushland, the creek and footpath that run through the property.
