Background:
Western Downs Regional Council has identified the requirement to refurbish the inside of the Dalby Indoor Aquatic Centre with more appropriate building materials to increase the useful life of the building and reduce maintenance costs. The renovation will also encompass rust rectification to the bottoms of the structural steel columns, painting of remaining wall linings, new circular window inserts and replacement of the grandstand seating inside the indoor pool area. Overall, the renovation will rejuvenate the existing space making it more aesthetically pleasing and inviting for patrons.
