Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Reference Number 1.7/4/10-11 Design/Construction of the Wandoan Skate Park
Submissions may be posted to:-
Chief Executive Officer

PO Box 551
DALBY QLD 4405.
or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located in the Executive Area (upper floor) Dalby Customer Service Centre, 107 Drayton Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 1.7/4/10-11 Wandoan Skate Park”. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday 17 December, 2010. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
