REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Contract Number 2.1/1/13-14 �Design and Construction of Effluent Irrigation System, Miles Golf Course�
All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Mr Leigh Cook on (07) 4679 4610 or mobile 0419 731 210.
Tenders may be posted to:

Or delivered to Council�s Tender box located on the ground floor Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby. Tenders shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked with the Contract No: 2.1/1/13-14 and a general description of the Works. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Tuesday 3 September, 2013. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
