Design and construct Preschool LDC Facility, Darlington Point
We invite suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit proposals for the design and construction of a new 120-place preschool and long day care facility in Darlington Point, NSW.
Selection will be based on demonstrated qualifications and experience (Qualifications Based Selection - QBS), rather than the lowest price.
Phase One – Submissions
Interested organisations are asked to:
• Demonstrate your experience in designing and constructing preschool/long day care facilities.
• Provide examples of completed projects, along with client references.
• Outline management structure and project delivery approach.
• Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Phase Two – Shortlist
Up to 3 organisations will be shortlisted. Each will receive $20,000 to prepare detailed design proposals. We will then select one organisation to deliver the turnkey facility.
