T22-26. Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Design and Construction of the Bill Delauney Amenities Building and associated works at Bill Delauney Reserve.
Tenderers to note that practical completion must be by 31 July 2026 due to grant funding constraints.
The Contract consists of four (4) milestones:
Milestone 1 - Design Development Package;
Milestone 2 - For Construction Package;
Milestone 3 - The Construction of the Works for New Water Tank, Pumps, Connections / Modifications to Irrigation System and all Associated Works;
Milestone 4 - the Construction of the Works for the New Bill Delauney Amenities Building and New External Concrete Pathways – to be completed in accordance with this document, the design intent, the Attachments, the NCC/BCA, the Australian Standards and all other relevant legislation, codes and standards applicable for the execution of the Works.
The Contractor shall complete the design and construction of the Works and provide to Council a fit for purpose turnkey solution that is fully compliant and accessible. The design and construction of the Works shall include provision for a future proposed first floor addition including a lift (lift shaft), stairs, clubroom, balcony, kitchenette and toilets; and the obtainment of all certifications, approvals and permits required to achieve a Completion / Occupational Certificate issued by a Principal Certifying Authority, for the commissioning of the Works for Stage-1.
