Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Electrical Supply Services including equipment hire and service staff for T19-26 Electrical Supply-Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2026
In 2026 Lakemba Nights during Ramadan will feature a stallholder layout with *58 x 3mx3m pop-up marquee stalls located in the middle of the road, as per the 2025 event. These stalls require nightly set up/pack up of power supply from generators, with on site electricians to service vendors throughout the event hours.
The event will run every Thursday-Sunday from 6pm to 2am between Thursday 19 February to Sunday 15 March 2026.This is 16 nights of operation, across 4 weekends.

Scope
Council is seeking the following services and equipment. All equipment and services provided in this contract must comply with all relevant standards or regulations. Please be advised that the final site plans are to be confirmed. Council will provide the final site plans in January 2026. Service and Equipment Hire/ Electrical Supply for Lakemba Nights during Ramadan is for 16 days: Thursday 19 February to Sunday 15 March 2026
