If you're an emerging performer or can offer a fun activity for event goers, and you'd like to be notified when applications open for performers and activity providers, please complete the form to join the database.
Applying as an activity provider or performer at Council events
• Completion of this form will add your business to our database, and does not act as an application for any of the above events
• An application form will be distributed for each event.
• Submission of an application form does not guarantee a space at the event.
• Successful applicants will be contacted in relation to their submission.
• Successful applicants will need to have current public and products (where applicable) liability insurance in the amount of $20 million.

Each year, Council delivers a wide range of vibrant and engaging events that continue to grow in popularity, attracting more locals and visitors eager to join the fun.
To keep these events memorable, inclusive and full of variety, Council partners with stallholders, performers and activity providers from across the region and beyond. By signing up to the relevant databases, you’ll stay up to date and ready to be part of the action.
Mayor of Camden, Cr Ashleigh Cagney, said Council’s events were a highlight for so many locals.
“Our residents really look forward to, and love, so many of the events we hold throughout the year. From Boots n’ Beats to TASTE Camden and everything in between, it’s amazing to see so many locals and visitors enjoying themselves,” she said.
“But we can’t do it alone. Our events are a true team effort, with stallholders and organisations adding so much personality and variety to make each event shine.
“Our goal is to keep delivering events that have something for everyone, and we couldn’t do that without the incredible contributions from local and regional businesses.
