Randwick City Council is seeking expressions of interest from Project Partners interested in developing the site at 1 – 11 Rainbow Street, Kingsford. Following the expression of interest process, the Principal may seek Tenders or other interest from the open market, or some, or all of the Respondents to the expression of interest.
