Expression of Interest: New Year’s Eve Event
Muswellbrook Shire Council is inviting community groups and local businesses to get involved in our 2025 New Year’s Eve celebration on Wednesday, 31 December 2025. With up to 5,000 people expected to attend from 5:30pm to 9pm, this is a fantastic opportunity to support your community, fundraise, or showcase your business.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following opportunities.
Recycling Collection
We’re looking for a community group to help collect cans and bottles during the event and at the post-event clean-up on Friday 2 January. Collected containers can be repurposed or recycled to support the group’s fundraising efforts.
BBQ Hosting
We’re inviting community groups to run a BBQ at the event. This is a great way to raise funds for local initiatives while being part of the New Year’s Eve festivities.
Food & Drink Vendors
Local food and beverage vendors are welcome to join the celebration and provide tasty treats for attendees.
