Registration for vendors at New Year's Eve Byron Bay.
Soul Street New Year’s Eve will be celebration of local talent and businesses. If you’re a local food truck or vendor we'd love to hear from you.
The Soul Street food stalls opening times:
Dening Park from 6.00pm to 12.00am on Wednesday 31 December 2025.
Please take note of the following before registering.
A fee of $150.00 for market/food stall holders and $250.00 for food trucks will be charged per area (all prices are exclusive of GST)
Stallholders are required to supply their own table, chairs, gazebos, water, power and lighting.
Stallholders are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance (minimum of 10 million) and a current certificate will be requested as part of your form submission.
Byron Shire Council has a Single-use Packaging and Materials Policy for events. This requires event to supply reusable items for food and drink over single-use items. Council will be supporting Soul Street in eliminating unnecessary packaging.
Food stalls and food trucks producing food cooked onsite are required to have a current food license which will be requested as part of your form submission
All cooking areas and food trucks will be required to supply their own tarp to be placed under their cooking areas.
