Proposed Lease - Kiosk/Café and Restaurant, Governor Phillip Park, Palm Beach
Northern Beaches Council proposes granting a lease for the operation of the kiosk/café and restaurant located at Governor Phillip Park, Palm Beach, currently operating as Dunes Palm Beach. A tender will be released shortly to source an experienced operator. The lease is intended to be granted to the successful tenderer for 10 years, with an additional 5-year option.
The premises forms part of Governor Phillip Park (R56217), being Part Lot 7006 DP 1117454, of which Council is the appointed Crown Land Manager.
Council is required to give notice of its proposal to lease this premises in accordance with Section 3.22 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
