Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to establish a panel of highly qualified and experienced Geotechnical investigation and design consultants to support the planning, design and delivery of capital works program.
The panel will provide timely, cost effective and technically robust geotechnical services across the range of civil infrastructure and environmental projects, including but are not limited to.
• Landslip investigation, stabilisation and remediation design.
• Soil contamination investigation and waster classification.
• Asbestos in soil assessment and Asbestos management plans.
• Retaining wall investigation and detailed geotechnical/structural design.
• Flexible pavement investigation and design.
• Assessment of existing ground conditions and material properties.
• Soil classification, compaction, moisture and material suitability testing.
• General geotechnical due diligence for new infrastructure or asset renewals.
• Groundwater monitoring and assessment.
Successful consultants will be expected to provide specialist geotechnical and environmental investigations, testing and design services to ensure that the planning, design and construction phases are supported by accurate ground condition data, engineering analysis and risk assessment.
