Youth Week funding
Youth Week funding supports young people to design and deliver community activities and events during Youth Week.
This funding aims to empower young people by enabling them to:
• increase participation in youth-led and youth-driven community activities/events
• address and overcome barriers to participation
• participate in activities/events that strengthen their connection to their local communities
• be recognised and valued for their contributions
• learn a range of skills that strengthen their ability to participate in their local community and support future social and economic participation
• feel a sense of choice and control (self-determination) in their lives
• feel a sense of connection and belonging to their communities.
You can apply for up to $3,000 in funding for projects that meet these objectives.
