Proposed Lease and Tender of the Tennis and Squash Facilities at Warringah Recreation Centre
Northern Beaches Council proposes to grant a lease for the operation of the tennis and squash facilities, and an office space at Warringah Recreation Centre, currently under construction. A tender will be released shortly to source an experienced operator. The lease is intended to be granted to the successful tenderer for 10 years, with 2 additional 5-year options.
The land is located at the Warriewood Recreation Centre being Part Lot 2742, DP 752038.
As landowner, Council is required to give public notice of its proposal to lease this land in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
