2526-067 - Deua River RFS Shed
The Rural Fire Service have identified the need for the station in the Deua River Valley, at 2220 Araluen Road to be upgraded, including an addition to the station and alterations to the existing carparking area, including on site sewer management and civil works.

The scope of works for this project includes the following:
• Demolition of existing outdoor toilet, including associated remediation works
• Earthworks to allow for increased building footprint
• Minor Clearing for maintenance of APZs, OSM application area and associated civil works
• Provision for an onsite effluent treatment system
• Extension of the existing building to include: Meeting/gathering area, Kitchenette, Accessible bathroom/toilet, Outdoor storage area, Provision for potable water tank,
• Improved fire protection system for existing and new section of station
• Upgrade to external signage for the station
