Council requires the collection, transport and recovery of bulky waste. This may include illegal dumping, public litter, repairable items, second hand goods and when required, disaster waste. Items are to be transferred primarily from Council owned and managed land to the Byron Resource Recovery Centre (BRRC), or an alternative Council approved facility on request.
