RFT A2025/106 - Provision of Professional Tree Pruning, Tree Removal, Stump Grinding and Arborist Advisory Services
The Armidale Regional Council invites Request for Tender Submissions for a Prequalified Panel of Contractors for the provision of Professional Tree pruning, Tree Removal and Stump Grinding Services plus Arborist Advisory Services for all the Armidale Local Government Area.
Following the National Disaster Declared Snow Disaster in July 2025, the local government organisation has over 80 trees needing high priority assessment and/or removal and over 200 trees requiring assessment, maintenance and/or removal.
This list will continue to evolve, and trees will be added to these lists as is expected with the vast inventory of trees on the councils register.
The removal and transport of any materials must be included in the Respondent’s tendered price. Clean-up costs of any kind must be included in the quotation.
The successful Respondent must dispose of any material not suitable to be chipped.
This arrangement shall be for a two (2) year period and options to extend for a period of two (2) x two (2) years at Council’s sole discretion as specified in this tender invitation.
