Expression of Interest - Allied Health Services Panel
Uralla Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified contractors to join a 3-year open panel for the provision of allied health services across our service areas for our in home aged care services.
This panel will support the delivery of high-quality allied health services to our clients and facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and value for money.
What are Allied Health Services?
Allied health services include, but are not limited to:
• Physiotherapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Podiatry
• Dietetics and Nutrition
• Exercise Physiology
• Speech Pathology
• Psychology
• Social Work
• Counselling
• Music Therapy
• Allied Health Therapy Assistance
Mandatory Requirements
• Contractors must demonstrate compliance with the following:
• Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million).
Current Workers Compensation Insurance (unless sole trader – then provide copy of Personal Accident Insurance).
• Police Checks for all staff (dated within the last 3 years).
• Not listed on the Aged Care Quality Safety Commission Register of Banning Orders.
• Not listed on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Compliance and Enforcement Actions Register
Optional Criteria
• Current NDIS Worker Check (mandatory for NDIS services).
