Public Notice: EOI Pelican Wharf Boat Shed - The Entrance North
Central Coast Council has recently renovated Pelican Wharf Boat Shed and is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced parties for a Commercial Leasing Opportunity.
Lease uses include Boat, kayak or paddleboard hire, and Bike or e-bike hire, and Ancillary uses such as informal dining, café or kiosk (note no grease trap on site), Or other compatible tourism related uses.
Council is using an agent, Knight Frank to conduct the EOI.
