BSC5063 - Expression of Interest - Landslip Remediation Program
Ballina Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and capable contractors to construct Landslip Remediation Projects across the Ballina Local Government Area.
Works will be awarded subsequent to a 2 x stage process whereby:
- A publicly advertised Expression of Interest (EOI) to obtain submissions from interested parties who can meet Council’s requirements, and the evaluation and selection of a shortlist of providers.
- A formal selective tender invitation for the works from the eligible respondents determined in Stage 1 (EOI) will then take place.
It is Councils intention to invite each of the short-listed parties to quote on six (6) separate projects. This EOI relates to the package of multiple projects currently at concept stage. The overall scale of the works is considered to be broadly consistent with programs in the order of $10 million.
Respondents should be aware that this EOI is the first step in a two-stage process and that tenders will only be requested from a short list drawn from the Companies/Organisations who respond to this invitation to register interest.
Registrants should note that this information is provided for the purpose of obtaining EOI’s only and is not intended to form a binding contract between Council and any interested party. Council, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to engage any or all contractors selected through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process and may increase or decrease the number of contractors selected.
