MRC 26008 - Lease and Operation of the Roma Saleyards Café (Food and Beverage Service)
Council invites interested parties to submit Tenders for the management of the Roma Saleyards Café kitchen. Roma Saleyards are the largest Saleyards for cattle in Australia with over 300,000 cattle passing through the facility last year. Eight agencies, contractors, transporters and vendors all frequent the facility. The Saleyards are an established tourist destination with well over 7000 people visiting each year to experience the excitement of the site. The services will be provided from the Roma Saleyards Multi-Purpose Facility, the indicative layout has been attached in Appendix A for Tenderers’ reference.
